Chris Noir, Catherine Elms and dunkie performing at The Duke – 8pm start, free entry, all welcome. Join the Facebook event page here:

Chris Noir is an acoustic solo artist from Swansea, who crafts intimate, individual, DIY alt-indie, inspired by artists such as Father John Misty, John Frusciante, Mac DeMarco and Neil Young.

Catherine Elms is a singer/songwriter and pianist, whose music combines heavy rock and dark cabaret. A self-taught non-classical pianist, Catherine’s raw and evocative playing style lies directly between the brash power of PJ Harvey and the baroque pop-rock of 1990s Tori Amos.

dunkie is a welsh singer/songwriter heralding from Mountain Ash in the South Wales Valleys. When seen live he is currently an acoustic solo artist; when in the studio, through layers of musicianship and production, the songs germinate into a hybrid of World Party, Radiohead, Massive Attack, Teenage Fanclub, Hot Chip, Death Cab for Cutie, Neil Young, and The Beach Boys.
